The first contract always includes an implementation pack and at least 3 months of licence: without implementation the team will not use the system. Starter covers up to 5 seats; the sixth seat moves you to Team. VAT is charged on the invoice once the provider is a registered PKP; when the invoice comes from a foreign entity, the client self-assesses VAT on imported services. The Founding Partner discount replaces the yearly discount; they do not stack.

The seat price on your server is the same as in the cloud. You pay for hosting, we keep delivering updates and support while you subscribe.
Want to own the system? A perpetual licence equals 30 months of subscription minus the months you have already paid. After that, maintenance is 20 percent a year for updates, new modules and your plan’s support. Stop paying maintenance and the system stays yours at the last paid version.
And you never have to decide when to buy: every 12 months of subscription grant you a perpetual right to the version of that day. The rights accrue on their own.

Founding Partners
We are just starting and want to grow with our first ten clients: a locked price, a larger AI quota, extra implementation hours and a direct line to the founder. These terms end with the tenth place.

What we ask
If after three months your team is not using the system and you do not continue, we refund the first-quarter licence. The implementation pack is not refunded: the work is done and its results, data, templates, a trained team, stay with you.
One month of the referred client’s licence to each side: you as credits in your client hub, your friend as a discount on the first invoice. Minimum Rp 1,000,000, maximum Rp 10,000,000, paid when the first contract is settled. Founding Partners receive two months.
Bank transfer to the company account against an invoice; Starter can use a virtual account or QRIS with automatic billing. International clients pay by card in USD. Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront, implementation 50 percent upfront.
The demo becomes the first version of your system. Names, sample data, brand and AI memory carry over; the implementation pack adds your real data and templates.
You do. A separate instance per company, a full export in CSV and JSON at any time, 90 days of read access after you leave, and a fixed rate if you need help moving.
One credit is one assistant action: a chat answer, a reply draft, a project summary. The quota is in the plan; above it, Rp 150,000 per 1,000 credits. On your own server you can also plug in your own API key.
No. Every module we release joins your plan. Only custom modules built for a single company are paid.
