How we start
Instead of a generic demo, we build a working version with your name, your sample clients and your real conversations. You decide with evidence, not with slides.
The demo instance stays live for 14 days. It then becomes the first version of your system, or it is deleted together with your data. Deletion is written into the NDA.

Your demo becomes the live system: vocabulary, stages, templates, real data, team training. Packs of 10, 25 or 60 hours at a fixed price, no hourly billing.
Subscription
All modules, updates and plan support. Configuration requests are included; improvements useful to other clients we build for free; your custom modules at a fixed price.
Own server
Run it on your server at the same seat price. A perpetual licence equals 30 months of subscription, and every 12 months of subscription already grant a perpetual right to that version.
